1. Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, late arrival, or failure to comply with our policies.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation with full charge.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Failure to cancel within the required notice period or failure to attend an appointment may result in a cancellation or no-show fee
